What is the role?

We are looking for Senior Customer Success Specialist for our Professional Services Team, who will take customers from the very first moment of signup to the moment of first success with our product.

What you’ll be responsible:

  • Work closely with the Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure customers have a great first experience with SmartMessage
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities with customers via phone, online or email
  • Manage account setup and activation operations for new customers
  • Inform customers about the product scope and functions
  • Understand the requirements and needs of customers during the onboarding process
  • Assist customers with implementation
  • Solve customer queries, problems, and requests during the onboarding process
  • Answer customers' instant questions about their account / product usage
  • Solve minor technical issues during implementation
  • Take customer feedback and share with the team to improve the product and onboarding experience
  • Guide customers with using their account in an optimum manner
  • Ensure best practices are in place with the product to enhance expectations
  • Set up customer expectations
  • Act as a bridge between customer’s expectations and company’s objectives
  • Help customers feel more comfortable around the product
  • Increase the use and effectiveness of the products

We are looking for a passionate talent professional who has;

  • Preferably to graduate from the MIS, Technical, Statistics, Marketing and Communication departments of the universities
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Onboarding and/or Customer Management experience
  • Experienced in the IT Sector, Digital Marketing Agency or Mobile Marketing Agency for a minimum of 3 years
  • Proficiency in integrating software systems using API’s
  • Knowledge of general marketing and sales
  • Good command of English
  • Good command of MS Office programs
